Michael Lam, MD, MPH, ABAAM received his Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University, and his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Loma Linda University School of Medicine in California. He also holds a Master’s degree in Public Health. He brings over 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He is a private practice owner as well and oversaw the pioneering use of virtual assistants to optimize the practice and improve patient care.

Justin Lam, ABAAHP, FMNM, CMRM earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Pacific Union College, California. He is a diplomate in Anti-aging Medicine and board certified by the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners. He is an international best-selling author and has vast experience in training and administering back-office teams. He is responsible for day-to-day operations at Cool Blue VA. He is passionate about helping healthcare providers maximize their practice, time, and finances through the use of Medical Virtual Assistants.
